Dedicated to produce industrial quality bags and boxes with items in large or small quantities, BL-04 Hybrid is used for a wide range of products such as screws, fasteners and metal or plastic components.

The automatic weigher with five independent linear vibrating channels BL-04 Hybrid guarantees high versatility and precision thanks to the homogeneous and constant separation of the product in the roughing and finishing channels. Depending on the selected production order, the weighed product is sent to the bag packaging machine or to the boxes line.

The packaging machine (V-Series or LLP-1000 Series) completes the final packaging for the bags. For the boxes, the packaging system can consist in a simple semi-automatic device, or in fully automatic carton forming/closing machine up to the final palletizer station.
