Innovative and precise, CM-Vision is the module equipped with vision control to verify the products coming from the vibrating feeder. It is used to control light products or components with oscillating weight when the weight control device is not able to check accurately. Furthermore, this system is able to automatically recognize and discard different shape products such as residues from previous processing, polluting parts and defective products.

Combined with the recirculation device and by activating the continuous module mode, it significantly increases performance while maintaining the highest quality standards. If two products are too close and difficult to select, the system discards them and reinserts them into the vibrator.
