Automatic counting and packaging lines LM Series – T, with extremely flexible counting modules which are able to cope with many different types of products. These types of flexible systems are suitable for prepacked kits intended for many applications and satisfies the need to meet important finished product requirements.
Analysing customers products and packaging needs the most effective and flexible line configurations are determined and the most suitable counting modules are selected.
The counting modules can be supplied with CM-Control integrated check weight control on board to ensure absolute packaging integrity.
In addition to the automatic loading stations, it is possible to equip the line with manual loading stations when delicate and complex shaped products are to be packed.
The versatile modular concept of our systems LM Series – T, facilitates a quick and easy Plug and Play design which allows the easy addition of extra loading stations making the packaging line future proof and easily increase production capacity when required.
The products can be packaged by both V-Series and LLP-1000 Series packaging machines to suit customers product ranges and the project’s technical specifications.
